What rating do I need?
List the equipment to power; we carry out the load study and size the generator.
Standby or prime: what’s the difference?
A standby set takes over during an outage; a prime set powers a site with no grid. They are sized differently.
What is an automatic transfer switch?
It detects the outage, starts the generator and switches the load over, then returns to the grid when power comes back.
Do you train our staff?
Yes, at commissioning: start-up, routine checks and what to do when an alarm sounds.
